Linnet is an Executive Coach and trained Psychological Counsellor who supports people through the real, everyday moments that shape their lives the transitions, the doubts, the grief, the growth and the quiet shifts that ask us to become more honest with ourselves.
In her coaching work, she helps individuals build clarity, confidence and emotional strength so they can lead themselves and their lives with intention. In her counselling work, she offers steady, compassionate support for those navigating loss, emotional pain or difficult life chapters always keeping both pathways distinct and ethically grounded.
She also offers gentle energy‑based practices, such as Access Bars and Akashic Records, for clients who want a more holistic layer of support. Across all her work, Linnet creates spaces where people feel safe, understood and supported as they reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater ease and authenticity.
